ICONE - International Conference on Neuroethics sets out to open the debate among neuroscientists and neuroethicists, in order to find ethical convergences concerning values and principles and a methodology for cooperation in the future. Projects on stimulation and brain mapping must be matched with an ethical reflection to prevent what might result in dehumanization as rupture of personal identity.
